With continued news around coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share the steps we are taking to protect all customers and employees. Our priority is and will remain the health and safety of our valued customers and team members. To help us and you we are bringing in measures to reduce the spread of the virus. We are open as normal until advised otherwise.
We are carefully monitoring the situation around the clock and following guidance from the UK Government and following all recommended advice.
We’ve always taken seriously the cleanliness of our vehicles. We are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect vehicles. This includes additional cleaning with a recommended disinfectant of all frequently hand touched surfaces within the vehicle, this includes the dashboard, steering wheel, gear stick as well as other areas.
Visiting the office
We ask only the renter to come into the office and use the antibacterial gel (located inside the door) before coming upstairs. Customers and staff should keep a safe distance of 2m. If you’re feeling unwell or self-isolating and need to return the vehicle, we can arrange collection, just call us.
At our office counter tops, door handles, reception desk and bathrooms will be regularly disinfected throughout the day. one staff member per day will be on duty to enforce this.
The safety and health of our employees is also a top priority. We’re encouraging our team to follow government best practices like frequent hand washing, as well as asking them to stay home if they are feeling ill or an immediate family member is suspected of being infected.
