We will contact you via telephone during working hours to confirm your reservation, take payment, and answer any questions you may have. The payment will then secure your vehicle for hire. If we have not contacted you within 24 hrs of your booking, please ring us during working hours.

Check your licence
With the new DVLA rules, before your hire commences, you will need to log on to the DVLA website and generate a one-time code to enable us to check your licence for any points or endorsements. This replaces the old paper part of your licence. This code is valid for 21 days. You can save or print the page to bring with you (or upload via our express checkout) when you collect your vehicle.
If your hire is within the next 21 days, CLICK HERE to generate your code now. Save or print your code to show at the desk when you pick up your vehicle.

- Put in your details, and it comes up with your licence
- Click on the link to generate your check code
- Then the summary is underneath
- Screenshot or print this.
Remember, you will need to bring with you when you collect your vehicle:
- Driving Licence
- The debit or credit card you used to pay for your vehicle
- DVLA Check code
- Proof of address
- Passport or Government-Issued ID.
Without seeing these, we will be unable to let you leave with the vehicle.
Deposits
- Deposits on vehicles up to 3.5 ton £300.00 (21-25 year old £500.00)
- Deposits on vehicles over 3.5 ton £500.00
- Deposits if you are using the vehicle abroad: £1,000.00
Cancellations
A 95% refund can be given if we receive 48 hours’ cancellation notice prior to the booking. The customer must call or email to get a cancellation reference.
